You may submit data to the Service for processing by our AI agents. This Customer Data is processed solely to provide the Service and is governed by the data processing terms in your subscription agreement.

2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices;
- Respond to your requests, comments, and questions and provide customer support;
- Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages;
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity to improve the user experience;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity;

We do not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models. Customer Data is processed only to deliver the specific agent workflows you configure within the Service.

- Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party companies to perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you terminate your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within ninety (90) days, unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.
Customer Data is retained in accordance with the terms of your subscription agreement. You may request export of your Customer Data at any time through the Service or by contacting us.
